***Blue Namron was foaled in 1941, by Merry Boy and out of Mary Alice, Mary Alice was by Giovanni, which makes him a 3/4 brother to Merry Go Boy. He also had a full brother named Allen's Black Magic, who in my opinion was one of the best and underappreciated sires this breed has ever had. Allen's Black Magic was in Missouri and sired maybe 175-200 foals. These foals included The Witch Doctor, Black Magic Woman and Mr. Charcoal. Also Magic's Fame, dam of Magic Fashion, Magic Bum, Satin N Silk and My Magic Marker amoung others.

Blue Namron had the misfortune to be in at Winston Wiser's during the time that he had Merry Go Boy. While Winston won many blues at one night shows with Blue Namron, it was Merry Go Boy that he showed at the Celebration. If he had shown Blue Namron at the Celebration he would in all probability have done well, as he was highly regarded as a show horse. Blue Namron was sold to John Gunn and stood in California for most of his life.
