2010 Breeding Contract

The fee for such service shall be $150 RIS payable in advance.

Return In Season (RIS) is not a live foal guarantee.

Return breeding privileges until June 15, 2010

Board for the mare shall be $5 per day dry and $10 per day wet (with foal)

Mares must be cultured clean, with a vet certificate

Mares must be current on dewormings and shots

Mare's hind shoes must be removed

Mares should be ultra sounded at 15-18 days from last day of breeding

Mares must be palpitated at 45 days after breeding to confirm pregnancy

The stallion owner or agent may have the mare checked by a veterinarian, the cost of which shall be paid by the mare owner. Stallion owner or agent shall assume no liability for a mare who is difficult to breed, will not breed, conceive, or for accident, sickness or death of the mare or her foal, but will exercise every reasonable effort to settle the mare, and good use judgement in the care and supervision of the mare and her foal.
